Requirements: Proven experience managing new build residential projects. Strong knowledge of NHBC Standards and quality inspections. SMSTS, CSCS (Black/White), and First Aid at Work certifications. Excellent health & safety, programme, and subcontractor management skills. Ability to maintain high standards of quality and deliver works on programme. Responsibilities: Day-to-day site management and coordination of subcontractors. Ensure compliance with NHBC standards and health & safety regulations. Monitor quality, progress, and programme. Liaise with the project team, client, and inspectors. Maintain accurate site records and reporting. Immediate start available. Competitive day rate, dependent on experience. Contract
