An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established main contractor on a freelance basis, overseeing the successful delivery of a building project in Huntly. This contract position is expected to run from August through to December and offers a competitive rate of -28 per hour CIS. Key responsibilities will include managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors and trades, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards, and maintaining excellent communication with the project team and client representatives. You will also be responsible for enforcing health and safety procedures, conducting site inspections and ensuring all works are carried out in compliance with project specifications and company standards.
