Freelance Site Manager

Kenton Black are recruiting for a Freelance Site Manager on behalf of a large main building contractor for a project in Huntly.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established main contractor on a freelance basis, overseeing the successful delivery of a building project in Huntly. This contract position is expected to run from August through to December and offers a competitive rate of -28 per hour CIS.

Key responsibilities will include managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors and trades, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards, and maintaining excellent communication with the project team and client representatives. You will also be responsible for enforcing health and safety procedures, conducting site inspections and ensuring all works are carried out in compliance with project specifications and company standards.

Ideally, you will have previous experience managing building projects for a main contractor and be confident overseeing all aspects of site delivery. Candidates must hold SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications, with a proven track record of delivering projects safely and efficiently.
