Freelance Site Manager

-20 Million new build industrial/distribution unit. Reporting to the Project Manager you primary role will be to manage the client programme, plan and programme subcontractor supply chain ensuring that works are completed with set deadlines, Health & Safety, RAMS etc. You will also be involved in client/subcontractor progress meetings aswell as general daily site management duties. This role is open on either a CIS or Ltd basis and is circa 4 month contract.

CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid certificates will be a mandatory requirement along with prior/current experience working on steel portal frame logistic/distribution unit schemes
