Freelance Site Manager

I am seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a commercial fit out in Edinburgh.

Location: Edinburgh

Duration: 30 weeks
Start: 20/4/2026

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on fit out-projects, managing multiple trades
• Valid SMSTS
• Valid First Aid at Work
• Valid CSCS card
• Strong understanding of quality control, health & safety, and site coordination
• Ability to manage subcontractors and trades effectively
• Available to start immediately

Role Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of site operations
• Ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard
• Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers
• Liaising with clients, inspectors, and the wider project team
