We are currently looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to join a housing project in Arbroath, starting Monday for a minimum of 4 months.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing residential housing projects
Valid SMSTS certificate
Valid First Aid certificate
Valid CSCS card
Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage site operations, health and safety, subcontractors and programme delivery

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housing developments and be confident managing the day-to-day running of site operations to ensure the project is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
