Previous banking experience is essential. We have projects on both day and night shifts.Job responsibilities of the Freelance Fitout Site Manager:Manage bank fit out projects.Ensure projects are on-time and to client specification.Report directly to the Project Manager and liaise with head office.Manage contractors and subcontractors on-site daily.Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and client representatives.Flexible with which projects you take.Required Qualifications/Experience for the Freelance Site Manager:Experience working within banking/ retail fitout/ refurb.CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid Minimum of 5 years experience in a Site Managers positionUK driving licence and access to own vehicleMust be willing to travelSome weekend work may be involved Pay + Benefits:Day rate 280 to 300 per dayAccommodation paidFuel paidFlexible with which projects you take, days or nights etc.Weekly pay on a FridayHow to apply:Please apply directly to this job ad or for more information please call Sam at ..... full job details .....
