We''re Hiring: Freelance Site Manager
Location: Widnes
Sectors: New build housing
Pay rate: -24 - 25 ph
Duration: Short term

We are looking for a Freelance Site Manager''s for a new build housing site in Widnes starting Thursday 6th August. 66 timber frame houses, you will be overseeing site H&S and trades, as well as overseeing snagging working alongside the assistant site manager

Duties as a Freelance Site Manager:

• Oversee new build timber frame housing site
• Work alongside assistant manager
• Ensure project is running efficiently
• Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with health & safety standards
• Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and client representatives

Required Qualifications/Experience as a Freelance Site Manager:

• Experience as a Site Manager (new build housing)
• CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, Fire Marshal
• Working at Heights and Manual Handling a bonus
