A residential house builder are currently in the market for a Freelance Site Manager with experience to manage one of their housing scheme in Blackpool.
To be eligible for this position you must have experience as a Site Manager within the new build housing sector; you must have a proven record of successfully delivering housing schemes on time and to a good standard. You will be able to provide recent and relevant references.
You must also hold a valid CSCS SMSTS and First Aid certificate.
