The project involves a full internal strip-out back to brick, followed by the delivery of approximately -500k of M&E installations and refurbishment works. This is a freelance opportunity with an immediate start and work secured through to Christmas. Your New Role As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the project, ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme and to the required quality standards.
