The project is a 5,000 sq ft detached Edwardian home undergoing a complete transformation. The works include a full internal strip-out, structural alterations, new M&E installations, extensive renovation and additions, through to high-spec finishes and final handover. You’ll be taking control of the project on site from the early stages through to completion, so they need someone who is comfortable taking genuine ownership of a high-end residential scheme.
