Your new company A well-established regional building contractor is seeking an experienced Freelance Site Engineer to support a number of live and upcoming construction projects across the North West. Operating across both residential and commercial sectors, the company delivers high-quality developments ranging from new build housing schemes to bespoke clubhouse and community facilities. Your new role Due to an increase in workload, an opportunity has arisen for a Freelance Site Engineer to join the team on a temporary basis. Projects may include new build residential developments and the construction of new clubhouse facilities. Your duties will include: Setting out for all aspects of the build programmeProviding accurate surveys and measurements on siteEnsuring works are carried out in line with drawings and specificationsLiaising with Site Managers, Project Managers and subcontractorsMaintaining site records and QA documentationSupporting health and safety compliance across the projectAssisting with progress reporting and as-built information What you''ll need to succeed Previous experience as a Site Engineer within the construction industryStrong setting out experience on new build projectsProficient with robotic total stations and surveying equipmentAbility to read and interpret technical drawingsCSCS Card essentialFull UK driving licenceStrong communication and organisational skills What you''ll get in return Competitive freelance day rateImmediate start ..... full job details .....
