Freelance Site Agent

My client, a Tier 1 Contractor, is seeking an experienced Site Agent to join their team on a high-profile enabling works package in Guildford. This project is part of a major housing development and is expected to run for a minimum of 6 months. Project Overview: The scheme involves 278 works/Groundworks to prepare the site for large-scale residential construction. Works will include but are not limited to: Groundworks 278 Works Temporary works Road and drainage infrastructure Key Responsibilities: Manage site operations, ensuring health, safety, and environmental standards are maintained Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers Monitor progress against program and report to the Project Manager Maintain accurate site records and documentation Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities as required Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Agent/Senior Engineer on civil engineering or enabling works projects Background with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor preferred SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certified Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills Rate: 350pd CIS Umbrella ..... full job details .....
