Freelance Senior Site Manager

Freelance Senior Site Manager required for -15 Million 3 storey new build social housing scheme consisting of 55 self contained apartments, reporting to Project Manager you will be responsible for taking control of full subcontract package management comprising of both external/internal works from groundworks through to 1st/2nd fix and final finishings. Duties will also involve the chairing and running of all subcontract/client meetings in absence or in conjunction with the Project Manager, subcontract planning/programming of works to be completed, RAMS, Health & Safety, coordination of subcontractors and staff in order for areas of works to be completed.
CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid certificates will be a mandatory requirement
