The successful candidate will work across several high-quality new-build residential schemes within the region, providing commercial support and ensuring projects are effectively managed from a cost and contractual perspective. Key responsibilities will include: Managing project costs, budgets and forecasts Procuring and managing subcontractor packages Completing valuations, variations and final accounts Monitoring commercial performance and reporting to senior management Identifying and managing commercial risks Working closely with the construction, technical and procurement teams Ensuring projects achieve their commercial and programme objectives The ideal candidate will have extensive Quantity Surveying experience within the new-build residential sector, ideally gained with a recognised housebuilder or residential developer.
