Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor

I''m currently working on behalf of a respected residential developer who is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor on a freelance basis for an initial 3-month contract, with the potential for extension.

The role will involve supporting a number of new build residential developments across Surrey and West Sussex, splitting time between the client''s office in the Redhill area and active project sites.

Key requirements:

• Proven experience operating as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within the residential sector
• Strong track record delivering new build residential schemes
• Previous experience working for a residential developer
• Ability to manage commercial aspects of projects from procurement through to final account
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Contract Details:

• Initial 3-month contract with potential to extend
• Mix of office and site-based working
• Projects located across Surrey and West Sussex
• Excellent day rates available
• Outside IR35
