Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor

I''m currently working on behalf of a respected residential developer who is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor on a freelance basis for an initial 3-month contract, with the potential for extension. The role will involve supporting a number of new build residential developments across Surrey and West Sussex, splitting time between the client''s office in the Redhill area and active project sites. Key requirements: Proven experience operating as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within the residential sector Strong track record delivering new build residential schemes Previous experience working for a residential developer Ability to manage commercial aspects of projects from procurement through to final account Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Contract Details: Initial 3-month contract with potential to extend Mix of office and site-based working Projects located across Surrey and West Sussex Excellent day rates available Outside IR35 This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-regarded developer with a strong pipeline of work and make an immediate impact on live residential projects.
