Freelance Senior Planner – Data Centre Project | NW London | Outside IR35

I have a requirement for an-experienced Freelance Senior Planner to join the team on a Data Centre project in NW London, working directly-for the main contractor on site.

This is a long-term contract role operating Outside IR35, with the expectation of 5 days per week on site. The role will focus on developing, managing and improving the construction programme while working closely with both the delivery and commercial teams to ensure the project schedule accurately reflects progress and supports effective project control.

The successful candidate will have strong experience using Primavera P6, with the ability to build and maintain detailed, accurate programmes and drive improvements to existing schedules. Experience on data centre or mission-critical projects would be highly advantageous.

This opportunity would suit a planner who is confident working collaboratively with site and commercial teams, translating complex construction activities into clear, realistic programmes that support delivery on a fast-paced project.

Key requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Planner on major construction projects
• Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6 (essential)
• Ability to develop and improve detailed project programmes
• Experience working closely with commercial and delivery teams
• Data centre experience preferred
