The founders really know how to communicate effectively and have packaged these skills up and proved their effectiveness.

The role is to take over full responsibility for sales and marketing from the founders, then to build a team with a significant override. Sales have a short cycle, sales margins are also high and repeatable. This means that commissions are quick, high and repeatable as well. It gets better - the market for online marketing is growing strongly as online activity itself continues to grow. The founders are serial entrepreneurs, both published authors with considerable success in business behind them with multi-million pound success stories to tell. They have a very professional formula that works to inject fast growth to the sales results of their clients.

Networking and Telephone Calling have all proved effective. It is for the Sales Manager to decide the mix, especially when shortly after his/her appointment the sales team is appointed. With your input we will be putting together a talent sourced sales team to suit your methods and professional approach.

Let us be clear - we are looking for a confident Sales Director who can lead a self-employed sales team and later a network of sales agents. You will be someone who wants to have all the benefits of owning your own business and growing it with none of the negative side. I.E. to make a very substantial income.

The company is already established and as part of its growth plans is currently taking on new office space in the Wimbledon area.

You will be responsible for maximizing targets and increasing sales and will work alongside the management team to set short and long-term targets. You will be responsible for the combined performance of the sales force and ensuring all members of your team reach their personal targets by monitoring performance on the floor.

The position is on a self-employed basis with an attractive quick and large commission structure and override designed to maximise income plus possible share options enabling a capital gain in a 3-5 year timescale. It will suit someone of an entrepreneurial disposition. Share options and a board position will be on the cards for the future.
