Freelance Quantity Surveyor

V7 Recruitment are looking for a Freelance Quantity Surveyor to work with our client on a project in Leeds.

Start date- ASAP

Duration - 3-4 months with possible extension

Rate- Negotiable-

Duties--

• Working on the project during the PCSA stage picing for-6-8 packages-
• Perform cost analysis and prepare financial reports
• Manage risk, value engineering, and cost control procedures
• Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and regulatory requirements
