The successful candidate will support the commercial management of residential developments, working closely with the wider construction, development, procurement and commercial teams to ensure projects are delivered within budget, on programme and to the required quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor with strong residential housebuilding experience to secure an initial 8-month contract with the potential for further opportunities.
