The Role Managing the commercial aspects of a live project. Administering and managing contracts under NEC4 Option A . Cost reporting, forecasting and valuations. Managing subcontractor accounts and payments. Variations, compensation events and change management. Working closely with the project and commercial teams to ensure commercial objectives are achieved. Attending both the Aldermaston project site and the Wombourne office as required.
