This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially strong QS with main contractor experience who is looking for a long-term freelance position working on a high-quality education development. The Role Working closely with the Senior Quantity Surveyor and wider commercial team, you will take responsibility for the commercial management of key subcontractor packages throughout the project lifecycle.
