Freelance Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Project Surveyor to join a major 50-storey reinforced concrete frame residential project. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a landmark development with an expected duration of approximately 2 years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Commercial management of subcontractor packages
• Procurement and subcontract administration
• Valuations, variations, and cost reporting
• Preparation of payment applications and final accounts
• Working closely with the project and site teams to ensure commercial success

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Surveyor on large RC frame residential projects
• Strong knowledge of commercial management and contract administration
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Contract:

• Freelance
• Immediate start (or as agreed)
• 2-year project duration
• Competitive day rate, dependent on experience
