Our client work nationally installing air conditioning, HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical. This is ongoing work with many upcoming projects working on both NEC and JCT projects, starting ASAP. Responsibilities of the Freelance Quantity Surveyor: Take commercial responsibility for a portfolio of Mechanical, Electrical and HVAC projects. Manage project costs, budgets and forecasts throughout the full project life cycle. Prepare and submit interim valuations, applications for payment and final accounts.
