This is an excellent opportunity to work with a small, dynamic contractor delivering a range of mostly refurbishment projects.- Key Responsibilities: Managing project costs from pre-construction through to final account. Preparing and reviewing valuations, variations, and cost reports. Subcontractor procurement, payments, and account management. Monitoring project budgets and identifying commercial risks. Supporting the delivery team to ensure projects are completed within budget. Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and site teams.
