£5M high end leisure fit out in Docklands. Working for a Developer, managing a project through to completion circa May 2026. This is a client facing role, working closely with the Developer.Responsibilities

Liaise with and lead a team including a Site Manager, 2 Supervisors and labourers, supported by a visiting HandS Manager, TSM and Quantity Surveyor, reporting into a Director.Attend daily DABs meetings.Produce short- to medium-term programmes.Ensure all documentation, sub-contractor RAMS and related documentation are in order.Manage stringent Quality Assurance processes and upload all relevant documentation on ASITE.Project scope includes a gymnasium, cinema, changing facilities, flexible working area and other communal areas.Qualifications / Ideal Candidate
