Freelance Project Manager Role - Lodging Paid For

Your new company Our client is a leading UK construction and infrastructure contractor with a proven track record of delivering complex projects across the energy, water, rail, highways, nuclear and defence sectors. Operating nationwide, the business is recognised for its engineering expertise, strong safety culture and successful delivery of critical infrastructure for both public and private sector clients.Your new role You will be joining the operational team as a Project Manager/Senior Site Manager on a new-build substation control room and associated fit-out. You will be building a two-storey steel frame building with steel cladding and be responsible for but not limited to:Planning daily work schedules and coordinating workers on site.Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.Supervising and providing guidance to construction workers and subcontractors.Ensuring materials are supplied and work is completed on schedule.Preparing and submitting project estimates and budgets.Documenting and reporting progress to stakeholders and adhering to compliance regulationsWhat you''ll need to succeed In order to succeed, you will have experience working as a Site Manager or a Project Manager within the Construction and Civil Engineering industry.
