Freelance Project Manager

Invision Recruitment are seeking to recruit a Freelance Project Manager to oversee a c-5m Commercial Scheme with 2no new build steel frame units.-

The Role

The Project Manager will be a stand alone No1 with full responsibility for client interface, buildability, programme and design/commercial strategies.

My client have secured the project and it is going to be starting at the end of June/early July.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a No1 Project Manager
• Relevant project experience-
• Valid CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid-
• Own Car and Valid UK Licence
