Freelance Project Manager

Overview

Project Manager. GBP5M high end leisure fit out in Docklands. Working for a Developer, managing a project through to completion circa May 2026. Lending a team of a Site Manager, 2 X Supervisors and labourers, supported by a visiting H and S Manager, TSM and Quantity Surveyor, reporting into a Director. This is a client facing role, working closely with the Developer.Responsibilities

Attending daily DABs meetingsProducing short – medium term programmesEnsuring all documentation / sub contractors RAMS and documentation is in order.Managing stringent Quality Assurance process and uploading of all relevant documentation is done on ASITE.Project consists of a gymnasium, cinema, Changing facilities, flexible working area and other communal area.Requirements / Candidate Profile
