Freelance Planner (strong MandE experience) - LondonFreelance 6 Months Initially + Potential Extension ASAP Start Rate NegotiableWe''re looking for an experienced Freelance Planner with strong MandE expertise to join a Tier 1 contractor on a major infrastructure package within a large scale commercial fit out project in London.This is a great opportunity for a Freelance Planner who has a strong understanding of MandE delivery and enjoys working as part of a well-established site team on a complex, high profile project.The RoleWorking closely with the project and site teams, you will be responsible for planning and programming the MandE elements of the works, helping to ensure the package is delivered safely, efficiently and in line with the overall programme.Key responsibilities include:Developing and maintaining detailed MandE and infrastructure programmesMonitoring progress against programme and identifying potential delaysWorking closely with the MandE delivery team, subcontractors and wider project teamProviding regular progress updates and reportingSupporting short, medium and long-term planning across the packageWhat We''re Looking ForProven experience as a Planner within constructionStrong MandE Planning experience - this is essentialExperience working on large scale commercial fit out or infrastructure projectsStrong understanding of construction programmes and project sequencingExperience working with a Tier 1 contractor would be advantageousGood communication ..... full job details .....
