Own and manage Cozmo’s organic Pinterest accountDevelop a strategy that aligns with our brand goals and audienceCreate and schedule Pins that showcase our products, blog content, and inspirationOptimise boards, Pin formats, and descriptions for search and engagementTrack performance and share actionable insights to inform the strategyCollaborate with our designer to repurpose assets or request new ones as neededStay on top of Pinterest trends and best practicesWhat we’re looking for:

Proven experience managing Pinterest for a brand or ecommerce businessSolid understanding of Pinterest SEO and how to grow organic reachStrong eye for visual content, especially in interiors, lifestyle, or designAble to work independently and proactivelyComfortable testing and iterating to improve resultsFamiliarity with tools like Tailwind or Later is a plusA creative thinker who’s excited to join a fast-growing brand and make an impactBonus if you’ve worked with home or furniture brands beforeWhy work with us:
