We are looking for an experienced London-based freelance Mechanical and Electrical (MandE) Surveyor to support our team with technical site surveys and collect the information required for our handover documentation. This is a technical construction and building services role, not a Quantity Surveying or Monitoring and Evaluation position. The role suits someone with strong practical experience in complex mechanical and electrical building services who is looking for flexible freelance work alongside existing commitments. What you will be doing You will be allocated individual projects and provide technical and site-based support as required throughout the handover documentation process.
