We are looking for an experienced London-based freelance Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Surveyor to support our team with technical site surveys and collect the information required for our handover documentation. This is a technical construction and building services role, not a Quantity Surveying or Monitoring & Evaluation position. The role suits someone with strong practical experience in complex mechanical and electrical building services who is looking for flexible freelance work alongside existing commitments. What you will be doing You will be allocated individual projects and provide technical and site-based support as required throughout the handover documentation process. Depending on the project and its stage, your work may include: Reviewing project information and preparing for technical site visits Carrying out detailed surveys of mechanical, electrical and associated systems Identifying equipment, controls, isolation points, valves, manifolds, ... Contract
