FIND are delighted to be working in partnership with a well established and growing, Surrey based training provider to hire a freelance Health and Social Care Apprenticeship Tutor. Our client are looking for a freelance tutor to join them to work 2/3 days per week.We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assessor/Tutor to join our established team. This is a pivotal role supporting learners undertaking qualifications in Health and Social Care, ensuring they gain the knowledge, skills, and confidence to succeed. You will deliver engaging learning sessions, provide constructive feedback, and assess knowledge and competence across work-based learning programmes.ResponsibilitiesSupport a caseload of learners across Health and Social Care qualifications, guiding their professional development journey.Plan, deliver, and assess teaching, learning, and assessment activities in line with awarding organisation requirements.Provide personalised support and feedback, enabling learners to achieve their apprenticeship standards and qualifications.Carry out workplace observations, assessments, and progress reviews with accuracy, fairness, and integrity.Uphold high standards of safeguarding, well-being, and inclusion for all learners in line with organisational and legislative expectations.Accurately maintain learner progress records, reporting on achievement and providing updates to relevant stakeholders.Promote positive behaviour, equal opportunities, and diversity throughout all ..... full job details .....
