We''re Hiring: Freelance Fitout Site Manager
Location: Yorkshire and UK Wide
Sectors: Commercial
Project Types: Retail fit out
Payrate: -280 - -300 a day
Duration: Ongoing projects

What you''ll do as a Freelance Fitout Site Manager:

• Oversee fitout projects on a leading UK supermarket - Northwest or UK wide
• Report directly to the Project Manager
• Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with health & safety standards
• Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and client representatives
• Support commissioning and final handovers

Duties of a Freelance Fitout Site Manager include but are not limited to:

• Chair and manage daily meetings (Client and internal)
• Record onsite progress and lookaheads
• Report into Senior Management
• Follow H&S guidelines

Required Qualifications/Experience:

• Experience working on commercial fitout projects
• CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a Site Managers position
• UK driving license and access to own vehicle
