This is a hands-on delivery role for a confident Project Manager with a strong background in commercial fit-out and the ability to take ownership of the project from delivery through to completion in April. The Role You will be responsible for the overall management and successful delivery of the project, ensuring it is completed safely, on programme, to a high standard and within budget. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the project from current stage through to completion. Manage site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants. Maintain programme, ensuring key milestones and handovers are achieved. Manage project costs, variations and commercial considerations. Ensure all works are delivered to the required quality standards. Coordinate with the client, consultants and project stakeholders. Drive health and safety across the project.
