Freelance Finishing Manager

Freelance Finishing Manager required 6 month duration for a -20m new build student accommodation scheme. Reporting to the site based Project Manager you will initially be responsible for overseeing all internal 1st fix, partitioning and M&E packages progressing through to 2nd/final fix and ensuring snag free to hand over to client. Prior/current experience managing internal/finishing packages on BTR/student accommodation schemes would be preferred but not essential but a proven track record managing internal/finishing packages will be essential
CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid certificates as a minimum will be a mandatory requirement
