Your new companyA well-established national housebuilder is seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to join an active new-build housing development in Penrith. With a busy programme of plot completions and customer handovers scheduled over the coming months, this is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong eye for detail and a proven background in delivering high-quality finishes on residential developments.Your new roleAs Finishing Foreman, you will be responsible for ensuring plots are completed to the highest standard ahead of handover. Working closely with the Site Manager and subcontractors, your duties will include:Managing and completing snagging lists across multiple plotsCoordinating subcontractors to rectify defects and quality issuesCarrying out quality inspections prior to customer handoversManaging ETVs (End of Tenancy Visits/Final Plot Checks) and ensuring properties are presented to company standardsDriving programme deadlines and plot completion targetsMaintaining high health and safety standards on siteSupporting the site team with the successful delivery and handover of completed homesWhat you''ll need to succeedPrevious experience as a Finishing Foreman, Assistant Site Manager or Site Manager on new-build housing developmentsStrong knowledge of NHBC standards and customer care expectationsExcellent attention to detail and quality-focused approachExperience managing snagging, plot inspections and handoversSMSTS, CSCS Card and First Aid ..... full job details .....
