You''ll take responsibility for managing the fa ade package from site, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining programme, quality and health and safety standards, and ensuring works are delivered to a high standard within a fast-paced 16-week programme. Requirements: Proven experience delivering fa ade/recladding packages. Strong background on RC frame residential developments. Ability to manage subcontractors and drive programme. SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid. This is an immediate requirement with further freelance opportunities available for the right individual following successful completion of the project.
