Operating across the UK and Ireland, the company provides a range of electrical services, with a focus on quality, compliance, and client satisfaction. Job Overview: Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Estimator / Project Manager. This dual-role position is key to ensuring our clients project costs are accurately assessed and remain competitive. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of cost control and project delivery processes. Alongside estimating responsibilities, the role will also involve managing projects through to completion, with work taking place across various locations in the UK. While their head office is located in North Yorkshire, remote working is available. However, travel to project sites will be required as necessary. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed cost estimates for various projects based on specifications and drawings. Analyse labour, material, and overhead costs to provide comprehensive estimates. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to gather necessary information for accurate estimations. Review and assess bids from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitiveness.
