This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved in high-value schemes, working on large-scale commercial and hospitality projects ranging from £30M up to £250M+ across the North West and wider UK. You will play a key role in the pre-construction and commercial planning phases, supporting projects through to delivery. The Role Working as part of an established team, you will be responsible for the preparation and management of project cost estimates.
