Kenna Recruitment has an opportunity for an experienced Document Controller to join a Leading Fit Out Contractor on a freelance basis for the next 12 months on their project in Islington, with a sucessful rate of new tenders coming in and the potential to be taken on permanently. Overview To provide support and aid the successful delivery of the allocated scheme(s) whilst maintaining the highest possible standards and relationship with Clients Key Responsibilities Provide support to line manager / Design Manager Collate, input and keep up to date Viewpoint (CDE), R Drive, Smart Waste, Work Wallet on a daily basis Be the first point of contact for visitors to the site or office and telephone calls (as required) Support other members of the team to achieve successful project delivery Aspire to the very highest standards of quality, service and business performance Tackle difficult issues early by promoting early resolution to problems Allocating incoming mail and correspondence to the correct members of staff and issuing post externally via royal mail website (as required) Collate and keep up to date tracking documents/ data base Collate, print and keep up to date tracking documents for tenders Arrange necessary stationery for the office (as required) Any other duties associated with this position which are related to the objectives of the Company or Team or contribute to individual development Experience required: Good level of either Viewpoint or Asite minimum of 4 ..... full job details .....
