This well-established contractor specialises in high-quality residential developments and bespoke projects ranging from £300k to £2m in value. Due to a strong pipeline of secured work and continued growth, they are seeking a commercially and operationally strong Contracts Manager to oversee multiple residential projects across the Sussex region, ensuring successful delivery from inception through to completion. The successful candidate will take overall responsibility for managing site teams, subcontractors, programme delivery, and commercial performance, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality. This is an ASAP requirement, and the client is able to move quickly for the right candidate.
