Freelance Construction Manager

Freelance Office Fit Out Site Manager We have a requirement for a Lead Construction Manager to over see a CAT B, Commercial Fit Out in Central Manchester, to start 27th July or sooner if possible. Full Turnkey D and B Contractor, reporting into a Project Manager - who is responsible for managing all the Cost and updating programme etc, leaving the Construction Manager to stringently manage Health and Safety, Induct sub contractors, liaise with Building Management, chair coordination meeting, manage quality and driving programme etc. Must Have CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness, Fire Marshall. ..... full job details .....
