This is a hands-on role focused on building an engaged community, strengthening brand love and ensuring every interaction reflects a premium tone of voice. You''ll be responsible for day-to-day community management, including monitoring conversations, responding to audiences, identifying reactive engagement opportunities and spotting relevant cultural and social trends. You''ll work closely with wider social, content and marketing teams to help shape community-led ideas and ensure activity feels timely, engaging and on-brand. Previous brand-side experience is beneficial, with agency experience preferred, particularly within fast-paced consumer accounts.
