A residential house builder are currently in the market for a Freelance Assistant Site Manager with experience to manage one of their residential apartment scheme in Bolton.

To be eligible for this position you must have experience as a Assistant Site Manager within the new build housing sector; you must have a proven record of successfully delivering housing /apartment schemes on time and to a good standard. You will be able to provide recent and relevant references.

You must also hold a valid CSCS SMSTS and First Aid certificate.
