Nadson Consulting Limited are looking to speak with Assistant & Intermediate Quantity Surveyors for an immediate position based in London.-

Weekly-payments,-working-temp-on-a-day-rate-(Up-to250300-per-day)-

AQS-/-Intermediate-QS-to-step-in-and-work-alongside-the-Commercial-Manager-on-a90m-hotel-next-build-scheme-in-fit-out-phase-over-in the City of London.-They-have-been-through-some-complex-changes-on-the-project-commercially so-will-be-dealing-with-variations,-sub-contractor-accounts-and-forecasting.-

The contractor are a large scale business who deliver -50m+ schemes within the hotel, hospitality and commercial markets across London.

This is a short term opportunity however would be ideal for someone who is looking for some freelance or temporary work to take them into early 2026.

Ideally candidates on a notice period of 1-2 weeks maximum.-
