Fraud Solicitor/CILEX (NQ+)

Your new companyOur client is a global defendant firm with offices nationwide. They are currently recruiting for a solicitor/CILEX to join their highly-regarded fraud departments in either Manchester or Liverpool. The role has a high level of hybrid flexibility and a competitive salary. There is a retrain opportunity for solicitors with a background in defendant personal injury and a strong interest in insurance fraud work.Your new roleThis fraud role will see you responsible for:Handing your own caseload of fraudulent claims including motor, EL/PL and organised fraud rings.Leading high-value, complex fraud claims.Building and maintaining strong relationships with a range of large insurer clients.Supervising and mentoring junior members of the team.Partaking in business development opportunities to help grow the reputation of the department.Undertaking litigation, advocacy and trial preparation.What you''ll need to succeedYou must be a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive. Experience running your own caseload of litigated insurance fraud claims is beneficial. Applicants should be from a litigation background with previous experience running their own caseload.
