Counter Fraud team . If you thrive on handling complex fraud and causation claims, balancing hourly-rate and fixed-fee work, and diving deep into technical legal challenges—this role is for you.What You’ll Be DoingHandling your own caseload across DA and non-DA fraud and causation matters (approx. 80/20 split)Complying with SLAs, court deadlines, and procedural rules (CPR)Carrying out advocacy work on applications and case management conferencesIdentifying fraudulent activity and liaising with intelligence analystsAdvising insurer clients with precision and professionalismUpdating MI reports and managing databasesNegotiating with solicitors, clients, and insurersKeeping your legal expertise razor-sharp through training and developmentWhat You Bring to the TableHands-on experience managing a varied litigation caseloadKnowledge of personal injury law—defendant experience preferredStrong insurance sector insightA sharp eye for detail and the ability to think creatively under pressureConfident communicator, capable of public speaking and advocacyProficient in case management systems and legal documentationEnthusiastic, self-driven, and an exceptional team playerWhy HF?HF has been voted 5th Best Law Firm for pay, work/life balance, and culture!
